Winery Events

I have worked closely with many wineries in Sonoma, Mendocino, and Napa counties in providing a dinner experience to pair with and elevate their wines. Hell Chicken pairs well with almost any varietal. My outdoor cooking set ups are as sculptural as they are functional in creating a shared moment for guests and food that highlights the flavors and natural beauty of the appellation.

Retreats, Airbnb experiences, and more

I also feel right at home in a kitchen setting at a private residence or rental and very adaptable in tailoring a menu or cooking process to fit the location. I can also provide unique experiences, for example: a full tutorial on the process from butchering breakdown to grilling  paired with a lunch or dinner and skills you can take with you for your future home cookouts.
